1. Terms of service
Plain Artless always available and you can always make a purchase. However, it may occur that the online shop is closed due to site maintenance, during which time, of course, you cannot make any purchase.
In order to make a purchase you must be 16 years or older and you must possess of a valid debit card that we accept.
When purchasing items as a private customer on our site, you can select the items you want to purchase by adding them to your shopping basket. You have the opportunity to correct the content of the shopping basket until the time when the order is finally and the purchase can be cancelled up until the time of enter-ing the debit card information.
Any expenses for freight and debit card fees will be added right before final payment is made.
Once you find the items you wish to purchase and the products are added to the shopping basket, press the basket, then you will be asked to provide your name, address, email address, telephone number and a delivery address. When you have chosen the payment form and entered the credit card information and pressed “accept”, the order is final.
After purchase you will receive an order confirmation, which is sent to the mail that you have submitted.
If an item is not in stock, no longer available or we can’t meet your requested delivery date or there has been an error in the price on our site, we will inform you of this. If you have already paid for the items, the full amount will be refunded. The purchase agreement is binding when the purchase has been confirmed with an invoice.
2. Shipment and delivery
The purchased items will be sent by [PostNord]. Delivery is to your home address unless alternative delivery address is submitted.
The price for delivery in Denmark is [5 euros]. The price for delivery outside of Denmark is [10 euros].
Your items are usually received between 5-10 days after placing your order. Once we have sent the items, you will receive an e-mail accordingly.
3. Returns
14 day return:
In e-commerce, including trade with the [Plainartless.com] you usually have a 14 day return period in which you can inform us that you have regretted your purchase and then the item must be returned to us.
The 14 day period begins the day you receive the items. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Sun-day, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve deadline is extended to the following business day. If you have ordered several items by one order, but the items are delivered separately or if an item is delivered in several batches, the period begins from the receipt of the last item.
After receipt of the items, these must only be handled in a way for you to determine the nature, characteris-tics, and the way the product works.
If you regret the purchase you must by an unequivocal statement notify us in writing within 14 days of re-ceipt of the items. This is done by writing an e-mail to [info@plainartless.com] stating that you wish to use the right to return the items. The e-mail must contain specification of the order number and the name and specification of the product concerned.
How to return?
If you wish to return an item, this can be done by submitting the items to the nearest post office. You must pay the shipping costs.
When returning the items you must make sure that the items are securely packaged, since you are respon-sible for the items until we receive it. You should therefore save postal receipt and possibly tracking num-ber.
Once you have written an e-mail stating that you want to return an item, you must send the item as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have given notice of cancellation of the purchase.
Once we receive the item, we examine it and if the product is intact, we will refund the amount you have paid for the purchase of the item.
The amount will be transferred to the same payment method that you used to purchase the item with.
Notice:
There is a risk that you lose the full or some of the amount paid, if the item is not intact upon receipt. This may be the case if
- you have taken the product in use
- the product has been damaged while you were responsible for it
- the product has been handled in others ways than what was necessary for you to determine the na-ture, characteristics and the way the product works
- you have not followed the rules on the right to withdrawal from the purchase arising from sealing, product type, etc.
4. Warranty
All purchases made on www.plainartless.com are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act and its rules on defects on the purchased. This means you can get your money refunded if the complaint is justified. This may be the case if the product upon receipt is defective or if a defect occurs later and the defect is not caused by misuse of the product or other blameworthy behaviour.
If you wish to complain over and item, this must be done within a reasonable time after discovering the de-fect, but it is recommended that you advertise us as soon as possible.
